SunBox is a proprietary gas handling solution targeting the c-Si Solar cells production lines. SunBox will replace typical silane gas line and will instead provide to the CVD or PECVD our proprietary gas generated by our patented process (cartidge and polymer).The next-generation SunBox system is available now for early customers and PECVD equipment partners.
